To wrap up the day, you’ll receive our Smoking Guide, summarizing everything we covered. This course will take place on a Saturday and will run for approximately 6 hours at a cost of around R1000. To ensure a great experience, class sizes will be limited to 15-20 participants. Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy perfectly smoked meats while learning the art of smoking!
